Corporate Profile

Purpose:  Data entered on the Corporate Profile form is used to generate corporate documents.  Automating the process reduces the amount of time spent and decreases the possibility of error.  It also provides a single location for storing and quickly locating important corporate information.

Overview:  Enter data on this form before entering other data.  The information entered on the Corporate Profile form is needed for most other forms as well as documents and reports.  The minimum amount of information needed is the name of one company.  The number of companies that can be entered into one Corporate Manager Software (CMS) application is, practically speaking, limited by the storage capacity of the computer. (The maximum number of records per CMS table is limited to one billion.)  For limits to the Corporate Manager Software see ‘Application Limitations & File Descriptions’ in this Help file.
