Corporate Calendar

 

Purpose:  The corporate calendar is a timeline of corporate activities.  Data is not entered on this form.

 

Overview:  Select a company from the company tabs at the top of the form to view that company’s calendar.  There is a color-coded row of checkboxes on the top right.  The same colors appear in the calendar representing corporate activities on specific dates.  These filters can be turned on or off to show any combination of activity types.  Click the All button to view all of the activities.

 

A color in a date box indicates the type of activity that occurred on that date.  By double clicking on that date a description of the activities for that date appear in the list on the bottom right of the form.

Monthly Calendar

Most of the functions of the Corporate calendar appear on the Monthly calendar as opposed to the yearly calendar.

Company Tabs:  Select a company name using these tabs and the corporate calendar for that company appears.

Month Mover:  Move the calendar one month ahead or one month back using these arrows.      GO TOP

Year Mover:  Move the calendar one year ahead or one year back using these arrows.    GO TOP

Type Filter:  There are six filters that can be used to limit or expand the number of activities displayed on the calendar.  The number of activities that can be displayed in one date box is limited. To view all of the activities on a date, double click the date box and the activities for that date will appear in the descriptions list on the right side of the form.         GO TOP

Descriptions:  Double click on a date to see a short description of the activities for that date in the list on the right side of the form.  Expand the activities in the list by clicking on the Month or Year Move bars at the top of the calendar.  The descriptions can be sorted by date in ascending or descending order by clicking on the sorter bar at the top of the descriptions list.     GO TOP
