Reports
& Labels
Reports can be generated using the Reports menu option on
the main menu of each form. Mailing
labels can be generated for companies from the Corporate Profile form’s main
menu and for people from the Personnel form’s main menu.
The reports listed in each menu are only for to the
currently active form. The selected
report is generated then sent to the Corporate Manager word processor so it
can be reviewed, modified, and printed.
Reports can not be saved to the Saved Documents table.
About 50 types of Avery labels can be generated. Most of the labels are mailing labels. A variety of label types have been
provided. The program will generate a
page filled with either the addresses of the companies or persons in the
database. There is also an option to
select one company or one person’s address and fill an entire page with the
address that is selected.
